Terms & Conditions – Visibility and Growth Engine™

By enrolling in the Visibility and Growth Engine™ program (“the Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Inclusions

The Program includes the following deliverables each month:

Included in Both Options

  • Monthly Strategy Call – 1x 30-minute session to plan content and align with your goals

  • On-Site Content Shoots – 3x sessions (up to 1 hour each, Canberra region)

  • Edited Photos – 30–60 professionally retouched, high-resolution images

  • Edited Reels – 10x short-form videos optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts


Exclusive to Fully Managed

  • Publishing – Scheduling and posting to Instagram/Facebook, including captions

  • Performance Reporting – Monthly insights on reach, views, engagement, and leads

  • WhatsApp Support – Direct access for content-related questions and quick advice

2. Eligibility & Location

This offer is available exclusively to service-based businesses located in Canberra. Travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the delivered content for your:

  • Website

  • Social media platforms

  • Paid advertising

  • Email marketing and digital channels

Curated Visuals retains the right to use the content for portfolio, promotional, and case study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • The Program is billed monthly in advance.

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.

  • Late payments may result in a pause to services until payment is received.

  • A minimum commitment of 3 months applies. After this period, the Program continues month-to-month unless cancelled.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Shoots may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit that month’s session.

  • Curated Visuals reserves the right to reschedule in cases of poor weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Content Turnaround

  • Final content will be delivered within 7–14 days after the shoot.

  • Requests for expedited delivery may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, clients are expected to:

  • Be ready and available at the agreed shoot time

  • Communicate clearly around shoot locations, branding requirements, and desired outcomes

  • Provide approvals in a timely manner where needed

8. Cancellation Policy

  • After the 3-month minimum term, the Program may be cancelled with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.

  • Early cancellations within the minimum term will incur payment of the remaining monthly fees owed under the initial 3-month commitment.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, payments are non-refundable once a shoot has been confirmed.

If you are unsatisfied with the content delivered, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

10. Limitation of Liability

While Curated Visuals will make every effort to meet your expectations, we do not guarantee specific business results such as increased enquiries or sales. The Program is designed to improve your online presence, not to replace a complete marketing strategy.
